500 gr. Caciocavallo Silano PDO
Heat a plate very well (make sure it is hot), cut the Caciocavallo Silano PDO into thick slices (about 1,5 cm), slightly lower the flame and lay the slices without overlapping them. Do not move the slices for a couple of minutes, after that they should come off without difficulty. If the cheese has already made a nice yellow-orange crust turn and cook them in the same way on the other side. Once they are ready, they will have a beautiful, tasty crust on the ouside and a soft consistency inside. Buon appetito!
