Caciocavallo with Carasau Bread and Honey

Ingredients: 
5 sheets of carasau bread
300 gr. of Caciocavallo Silano not aged
80 gr. of strawberry tree honey.

Preparation:
Break the carasau bread into large pieces and arrange thin slices of Caciocavallo Silano cheese. Bake at 200 degrees until the cheese is melted. Pour a little melted honey on each toast and serve hot. Enjoy your dish!
